This week Mrs. Moh and I are hosting the XMA Summer Camp at Excel. We have 20 kids signed up and the first day of camp was on Monday. We had a great time working out, playing games, and learning xtreme martial arts. Tomorrow is the next day of the camp. Right now I am writing my first ever screenplay for the movie we will be shooting tomorrow and Friday. Let me tell you it is not easy to write a movie! haha but it is pretty fun to think about the kids doing these scenes. I think it will be a fun way for the kids to remember this camp with us.
We have only 3 more days left in MN. We still have a ways to go and we both feel like there's not enough time to get ready for the move! Today I got a call from Mike Chat (he used to be a power ranger and he created the Xtreme Martial Arts (XMA) Program) and he was excited that we were coming to California. I can't remember if i shared this in my blog or not but he is opening the XMA World Headquarters in Los Angeles and it will be opening in late July. It's going to be the first training center of it's kind with gymnastic spring floors, trampolines, and martial arts workout floors. Anyways, Mr. Chat offered me a position at the HQ a while back when he found out our plan to move to L.A.. I will be working part-time teaching XMA while pursuing my acting career. It won't be like teaching at Excel with all of the well behaved and hard working minnesota kids, but it will be nice to work part-time (3 or 4 days a week) so I can devote more of my time to taking acting classes and pursuing acting opportunities.
Well, better get back to work. Gotta finish this movie tonight, pack about a half a dozen more boxes of stuff i forgot i owned, and also take Cheech out on a run.
