Okay, so this weekend I auditioned for a project called "Fable" at the famous LA Film School in Hollywood. It was like any other student film audition I have been on except for the fact that I had to do a cold reading. A cold reading is where you are given a scene or a monologue and you have to perform it right away without preparation. I felt I did a good job and was on my way.
Yesterday I got a call saying I got the lead part in the film! Now I am hoping that it is not shooting this weekend... because we're gonna be back in MN so I don't want to have to choose. I am guessing it won't shoot that soon so my fingers are crossed. More to come about "Fable".
Alex, I know you're reading so a big high five to you for learning the Btwist. A pretty sweet move huh? I am now 99% sure you are my only regular reader. haha.

No, you have other regular readers. We're lurkers here, but A&K are addicted. Looking forward to seeing you this weekend, but will understand if you can't make it.

Hey, we're all here - me, Eric, and Alex. You can tell he's not writing this time, because the punctuation, grammar, and spelling are accurate. Haha... He's watching me write this. Anyway, Fable is a book - the cover shows a little blond elf, if memory serves... Are you gonna' be a little blond elf? Could be interesting... OK. Here's Alex...

OK, wait a minute. I think it's a video game, not a book. Bet this is a different version, ya think?

We are regular readers too! At least 1-2 times per week!!! We are all looking forward to seeing you on Friday! Abby's class is at 4:30 and Luke at 6:10! Abby thinks you guys should stay late that night and have a big party!
Another 'lurker' writing to say CONGRATS on getting the part!! It had been so long since I last wrote, I had to go back to see what my user name was. Just to let you know, you still DO have a huge fan base-we all talk about your blog at tkd. It's so fun and exciting to read about your adventures in this new life of yours. Unfortunately, we will not be able to see you this weekend- we are going up to close the cabin for the season. The kids and I are so disappointed. Enjoy the Vikings game! On a side note, Daniel and Angela competed in Kenosha last weekend and one of the judges in Angela's XMA ring asked her how you were doing and she was surprised he knew that you were her instructor (I then explained to her that she introduced herself and said she was representing Excel Martial Arts). Can't remember his name, but he said he has competed in the XMA ring with you. Anyways, can you believe Angela is now competing-and in XMA of all things?? She really likes it-got 1st in both XMA form and WEAPONS. Anyways, take care......and keep on writing--we miss you!! luv, ann, daniel and angela
